My Opinion on MacBook Pro A1706

Apple MacBook Pro A1706 is a Touch Bar Mac which comes with 13 inch display, 8GB, 16GB RAM along with 256GB / 512GB Storage and off course with a Touch Bar now you must know that these model aren’t upgradable so before buying plan your requirement if you want to go for 256GB Storage or 512 Storage. The device is quite good in look and has good battery backup charcoal black is my favorite color in when it comes to MacBook A1706, there are other colors available like silver etc. 

The Mac comes with newer version of keyboard called butterfly keyboard and you get a large track pad compare to all old MacBook the track pad is force touch with allow you to customize it according to your need Touch Bar is response is very good and let you do control volume, brightness, keyboard brightness from the Touch Bar itself even the “esc key” is located on the track pad itself. While buying new A1706 MacBook I will suggest you buy it with extended warranty as Mac repair and parts for these models are costly and difficult to repair.

The display of the MacBook Pro A1706 is retina with 16M colors the sharpness and colors are quite deep and sharp if you are a designer who does editing on Photoshop for premier pro this device will be an ideal choice and perform well on given task this Mac does not have MagSafe Charger which was everyone’s favorite and comes with 4 thunder port USB C type 60W charger. It comes with pre-install Mojave or Catalina and I doubt if it supports an older version of macOS like el-Capitan etc. Sound is very loud and clear does detect all high pitched and low pitched sound when tested. It has a fingerprint scanner to lock and unlock the device on Touch Bar.

It does not have any indicator to show if the Mac has turned on or not even that chime sound has been removed which you get while booting of Mac now you have to rely on the track pad to understand if the Mac had turned on not the force track pad turned on only when the laptop had turned on.
